Our Vision
Arianna is a licensed esthetics instructor with a bachelor’s degree in pre-medical health sciences. Teaching first started off as a dream, while attending the Institute of Skin Science for her esthetics license. She then graduated ISS and gained experience in the spa world, and returned to become a licensed instructor. Her well-rounded knowledge and leadership abilities bring insight and inspiration to the classroom and clinic. Arianna is known for her drive, creative thinking, and authenticity.
When she is not teaching, she is running her own esthetics practice. Outside of the working world she enjoys spending time with her children, gardening, traveling and trying new restaurants.
Instructor
Arianna
Sharicka began her esthetics journey as a student at the Institute of Skin Science, where she graduated at the top of her class. Motivated to continue learning, she traveled across the country attending internationally renowned esthetics trade shows and specialty graduate trainings. Over the next several years, she worked at strengthening her skillset and forging unbreakable bonds with esthetics professionals from around the world.
Known for her intellect, solid presence, and patience Sharicka was recruited by the founder of her alma mater for an instructor position. She trusted her instincts and accepted the job—a decision that would positively impact the trajectory of her life. In 2015, Sharicka purchased the Institute of Skin Science.
She completed rigorous credentialing requirements and became the first esthetics school in New England to certify estheticians for Makeup Designory courses. Sharicka elevated her eyelash
extension certifications to the instructor level and began offering training for lash artistry. The Standard Esthetics Textbook by Milady Cengage publishers recognized her as a rising star and asked her to author and edit educational content; her editorial contributions are found in their most current edition. Later, she would be one of only 25 esthetics school owners in the country to participate in roundtable discussions to improve academic standards.
Sharicka comes from a lineage of strong, hard-working women who lead by integrity, determination, practicality, and grace—all of which she brings to the classroom and beyond.
In her spare time, she travels the globe exploring ancient and modern international spa therapies. She enjoys vegan cuisine, natural wine, and propagating plants.
